The Ingredients of a Good BBQ
Courtesy of my brother-in-law at his place last evening:
- Have someone else do all the cooking, leaving you to quaff Red Stripe
- Use some tasty home-made rubs
- Eat steaks made from the Grand Reserve champion steer at the recent Fair
- Cook steaks on a $2000 Traeger Grill over apple wood pellets
Hard to go wrong with that recipe.

Steaks were good, but I don’t think we’re dropping $2K on a BBQ. Are we? (mesquite chips)

Ha ha, no, I was balking at $200 for a new grill in Target last week.
