Secondly, almost all Applebees suffer from being owned and operated by Franchise Operators. I can tell you from personal experience that Franchise Operators do not know a single thing about running a restaurant. They know numbers, they had 400K burning a hole someplace and bought a franchise. Next time, go to Fridays/Chili's/Spoons/anyplace else. 75% chance you'll have a better experience.
